In the instance that we cannot meet your needs over the phone, we will schedule a service call with one of our Certified Technicians to visit your property and assess and/or repair your generator on site. Maintenance Plans
Keep your Generator up and running when you need it the most! Scheduled service guarantees that a qualified technician has lifted the hood of you generator at regular intervals. These scheduled services include maintaining the manufacturers service schedule and routine testing of systems functionality.

* Due to the increased failure rates of batteries older than 3yrs of age, we replace all batteries at the three-year mark. Customers enrolled in a Service Plan agree to this three-year battery replacement schedule. All batteries provided include an 18-month warranty unless otherwise noted.
*Because liquid-cooled generators come with a variety of engines and manufacturers, the cost of our Liquid Cooled Service Plans may vary slightly depending on your generator’s specific year and model. These differences reflect variations in oil types and capacities, as well as the cost of fuel, oil, and air filters required for your system. Please contact us for a detailed quote on your specific model.
*Services include labor, materials, filters, and oil. Any additional parts required for repairs will incur extra charges. For repairs or parts (excluding batteries) exceeding $100, work will only be performed with the customer’s prior written approval.
