Genny Genie provides generator sales, installation, maintenance, and repair services. All services are performed by licensed, trained and certified technicians.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely service, service times, availability, and results may vary depending on individual circumstances.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. You must provide accurate information regarding your property, generator, and service needs.

Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to our policies, and fees may apply in certain cases.

3. Payment

All payments for services are due as specified in your invoice or agreement. Genny Genie accepts payments via approved methods outlined at the time of service.

Late payments may incur additional fees. Ownership of any installed equipment remains with Genny Genie until payment is fully received, unless otherwise specified.

4. Warranty and Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services. Repairs and installations are performed using industry-standard procedures.

Genny Genie is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or improper use of the generator after service.

Any warranties provided are those of the manufacturer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe and accessible work areas for our technicians and installers. Any unsafe or inaccessible conditions may delay service and may incur additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Genny Genie (DBA of Seminole Innovations Group, LLC) unless otherwise noted. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genny Genie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services, including delays, temporary outages, or other inconveniences.

Our liability is limited solely to the quality of the services we provide. Specifically:

Manufacturer Defects: Genny Genie is not responsible for defects, malfunctions, or failures in generators, parts, or other equipment supplied by the manufacturer. Any such issues are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, however, Genny Genie will aide in contacting the manufacturer for resolution.

Installation Services: Our responsibility is limited to the proper and professional installation, repair, or maintenance services performed by our certified technicians. If issues arise directly due to our installation work, we will take reasonable steps to correct them promptly.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Genny Genie’s liability is restricted to the performance of our installation and repair services, and does not extend to equipment defects or failures beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Seminole County, Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

Genny Genie reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date revised.
